How to turn on and off Pop Up Blocker in IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge
IE:
Step 1:
Open IE go to the sprocket in the upper right-hand corner. "Marked 1" Then go down to internet options. "Marked 2"
Step2:
Go to the Privacy tab. "Marked 1" You will see Pop Up Blocker ½ down. If box is checked then Pop Up Blocker is on. If unchecked, then Pop Up Blocker is off. "Marked 2"
Chrome:
Step1:
Open Chrome browser go to the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner. " Marked 1" Then choose Setting about ¾ the way down. "Marked 2"
Step 2:
On the left-hand side, you will see Privacy and Security choose that. "Marked 1" Then choose Site Settings. "Marked 2"
Step 3:
Scroll all the way down and choose Pop Up and Redirects. "Marked 1"
Step 4:
At the top you will see Blocked with a button beside it. "Marked 1" If the button is greyed out Pop Up Blocker is on. "Marked 2"
If button is blue, Pop Up Blocker is off.
Firefox:
Step 1:
Open Firefox browser go to the 3 lines in the upper right-hand corner. "Marked 1" Choose Options. "Marked 2"
Step 2:
Choose Privacy and Security
Step 3:
Scroll about ¾ of the way down. You will see Block Pup Up windows. If there is a blue check mark that mean Pop Up Blocker is on.
Edge:
Step 1:
Open Edge browser go to the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner. "Marked 1"Choose Setting "Marked 2"
Step 2:
On the left hand side you will see Site Permissions choose that one. "Marked 1" Then you will see Pop Ups and Redirects choose that one. "Marked 2"
Step 3:
You will see Block at the top with a button next to it. If the button is blue Pop Up Blocker is on.
If the button is greyed out then Pop Up Blocker is off.
