If a student creates their VitalSource account using an incorrect email address, A confirmation link cannot be sent and eBooks won't be accessible.
If an incorrect email address the student will need to sign into the account again. When they are asked to verify their account, select the option “Sign in again”
After selecting that option, the student will be presented with the following options and they should select “Create a VitalSource Account” wherein they will have the chance to fill out the initial questionnaire again.
The student will want to double check their email address and make sure they are using their full and complete Charter College email account address
