If you are having difficulty accessing the library, you will first want to make sure that you are using the latest Firefox browser. We also encourage you to run a system tuneup to make sure all of your system components are up to date.
If you are using a newer version of Mozilla Firefox, your system passes all of the system tuneup tests, and the tabs within the library website are not working when viewing through the Portal; follow these steps to disable the security settings for the library site (don't worry, it's safe).
- Click the badge to the left of the URL field (this will appear after you have tried to click on one of the library website tabs).
- In the box that appears below, click the drop-down box beside the Keep Blocking text.
- Choose Disable Protection on This Page.
